Jujutsu Kaisen came out of nowhere to be one of the biggest shows of the last few years, so a second season was inevitable. Finally, the wait is over: new episodes will be released subtitled weekly from July 6, with a dub release schedule to be announced shortly. Sound good? Read on to find out how you can stream JJK season two from anywhere in the world.
In this post, we’re only recommending official sources for watching Jujutsu Kaisen online. Unlicensed streams are typically of very poor quality and there’s no guarantee that subtitles are in any way accurate. The good news is that you’ll have none of these issues with the official sources listed further below.
Note that Jujutsu Kaisen is only available to stream on region-locked platforms. Going on vacation? You’ll need to connect to a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to watch via your usual streaming service.
How to watch Jujutsu Kaisen online with a VPN
If you’re in a country where there’s no official JJK broadcaster, you can still tune in using a VPN. This encrypts your data and makes it seem like you’re browsing from another country. Here’s how to use that to stream Jujutsu Kaisen abroad:
- The first step is to sign up with a VPN provider. We recommend NordVPN. However, Surfshark and ExpressVPN are also strong options for streaming.
- Once signed up, you can download and install the VPN. This is quick and should only take a few seconds.
- Next, open the VPN app, sign in, and connect to a server in youe home country
- Go to the appropriate streaming platform. Your new IP address should trick the website into thinking that you’re still back home, allowing you access
- Still blocked? Clear your browser’s cookies. Alternatively, connect to another VPN server to change your IP address or contact your VPN’s customer support.

How to watch Jujutsu Kaisen online in the US for free
If you’re in the US, you’ll be able to watch Jujutsu Kaisen season two on Crunchyroll from July 6. The company will be dubbing this into eight languages including Spanish, French, and Russian, but there’s no indication as to when this will begin as yet. Usually, the first dubbed episodes drop a few weeks after the premiere.
Currently, you can stream the entire first season of JJK for free with ads. If you’d like to remove these or watch at higher resolutions, you’ll need a premium account. These start at $7.99 USD (£4.99 GBP) per month, following a two-week free trial.
Note that you may be able to find Jujutsu Kaisen in your country’s version of Crunchyroll. If not, you can always use a VPN. By connecting to a US server and getting a US IP address, you can watch Jujutsu Kaisen online from anywhere in the world. NordVPN successfully unblocks Crunchyroll and comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This allows you to try it out for yourself risk-free and, if at all unsatisfied, request a full refund.
Where else can I watch Jujutsu Kaisen online?
In Southeast Asia and South Asia, Jujutsu Kaisen can be found on iQIYI. The great thing about the Chinese online video platform is that you can use it to watch full episodes for free —you don’t even need to sign up for an account in order to do so. However, if you want to do so in 1080p HD and without ads, you’ll need to purchase a paid plan. This costs $8.99 a month/GBP £5.99 (Standard) or $11.99/GBP £8.99 (Premium).
Should you try to stream iQIYI content in a country in which it’s not available, you’ll come across an error message such as “This video is not available in your region”. To get around this, you’ll need to connect to a VPN server in a country such as Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand.
Last but not least, Jujutsu Kaisen can also be found on Netflix, a handful of libraries (such as Netflix India, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand).
What should I know about Jujutsu Kaisen season two?
Good news for fans of Satoru Gojo: the second season will let you know a little more about the aloof teacher. Better still, because it’s set in 2006, you don’t need to have seen the movie (or even the first season) to watch it, although we’d recommend doing so anyway.
And what about Yuji? Don’t worry: he’ll be back with the rest of the team in the second half of the season, where we’ll finally move into the long-await Shibuya Incident arc. Why not take a look at the Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 teaser while you wait for the premiere on July 6?
